Power Health

Power Health is a remote patient monitoring platform that collects consumer grade healthcare data for symptoms, devices, medications and questionnaires. Power Health serves as a tracking tool for capturing data from patients using their mobile consumer app, to be utilized by physicians in making more informed decisions for better healthcare outcomes.

My role & responsibility

I led the user experience and visual design efforts for The Power Health platform, and worked cross-functionally with key stakeholders at New York Health & Hospitals. I was responsible for research, sitemap, high fidelity wireframes, visual design and prototypes.

Ideation

The Solution

Organization Portal

Administrators can manage patients, create care teams, and launch campaigns targeting specific health conditions. A campaign creation wizard will guide the user through the setup process and allow them to choose how they want to track and evaluate aspects of a symptom.

Sponsor Portal

Doctors can analyze campaign performance data quickly and efficiently. They can also enroll patients in an active campaign, customize which symptoms require tracking and view symptom data collected through a patient dashboard view. This data helps doctors decide where to focus treatment and preventative efforts.

Patient Mobile App

Patients can track symptoms with a simple one tap symptom recording per symptom, significantly reducing the time required to input patient symptom data.
