Liaison International, is an educational technology company that provides SaaS-based application software and related technology solutions for admissions offices in higher education. Liaison has helped over 40,000 undergraduates, graduates and post-bar programs across more than 1,200 education campuses identify, recruit, and enroll best-fit students.
I led the user experience and visual design efforts for Liaison’s new website and worked cross-functionally with members of Liaison’s team. I was responsible for research, sitemap, wireframes, visual design and prototype.
As an established, educational technology leader in the higher education space, Liaison needed to update their digital presence with a more user-friendly, customized website redesign - to reflect their industry experience growth and expertise, with a key focus on usability and paths through the website.
The previous website was dated, and my research showed users struggled to find clear pathways to products and resources. It also lacked brand awareness and failed to convey the depth and breath of Liaison’s experience within admissions offices in high education institutions.
The new Liaison website uses a new and intuitive navigation scheme, and strong footer menu to achieve its primary goal: make it simple for users to find clear pathways to what they need. The new site structure allows users to easily access products, and engage with content and download resources like case studies, white papers and ebooks.
Another key focus was showcasing brands Liaison works with and statistics of Liaison’s reach within admissions offices in higher education institutions.
A fresh user experience and website redesign strengthened trust and credibility, and captured the company’s experience and expertise.
